Categories of personal data
Identity and account (email, username, date of birth, session ID); profile and preferences (gender preference, language, theme, notification settings, onboarding answers); visual content (garment photos; full-body reference photos for Dress — only with explicit consent and required subscription; preset mannequin selections; AI-generated dressed outfit images); wardrobe and style data (items, outfits, wear history); AI interaction records (style advisor); location (only if you grant permission — weather-based suggestions); social data (posts, likes, follows — if you use the feature); technical and usage data (logs, push token, error reports, dress job status); subscription and shop (purchase events, shop applications).
Purposes of processing
Digital wardrobe and outfit management; AI outfit suggestions; Dress — on a preset mannequin or, with subscription, on your own full-body photo; one-time reference photo suitability check on upload; style advisor; weather-based recommendations; push notifications; account security, abuse prevention, and support; legal compliance.
Legal basis
Data is processed based on contract performance (core account and wardrobe services), legal obligation, legitimate interest (security and proportionate service improvement), and your explicit consent (visual/AI processing, Dress — especially full-body reference photos — and optional features; see Explicit Consent).
Recipients and transfers
Data may be shared with hosting and database services (Supabase), catalog image processing (Photoroom), AI processing — garment recognition, outfit suggestions, style advisor, preset mannequin dressing, and virtual try-on on your own photo with subscription (Google Cloud AI), app store subscription verification (Apple/Google), push notification infrastructure, and weather services (only coordinates you allow). With your own photo, your background is generally kept as captured; processing may occur temporarily on servers outside your country. International transfers follow applicable law with contractual and technical safeguards.
How data is collected
Through registration and sign-in forms, in-app uploads and input, device permissions (camera, photos, location, notifications), and automatic technical logs.
Retention
Data is kept while your account is active. After account deletion or a deletion request, personal data is permanently removed except where law requires retention. Consent logs may be kept for the period required by regulation.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, information about transfers, objection to automated decisions, and compensation where applicable. Submit requests via Profile → Privacy & data in the app or stiliscoofficial@gmail.com.
